In order to assist customers ensure
successful implementation of LT Auditor+, Blue
Lance will provide staff on-site at customer location
in three phases to conduct training, provide hands-on
installation and configuration assistance followed
by a review and analysis for Security and LAN
Administrators.
Training
This consists of User and Systems Administration
training along with training materials for all
students.
Installation and Configuration
Assistance
After Training, the customer
will be responsible for developing and defining
security policies and information needs in order
to implement LT Auditor+. The "Implementation
Plan" will be reviewed by Blue Lance, after
which installation and configuration will be scheduled.
The "Implementation Plan" process and
document should normally be completed in approximately
3 to 4 weeks. During this period, Blue Lance will
assist customer personnel in installing, configuring
and implementing LT Auditor+ based on the Implementation
Plan.
On-site Review and Analysis
After implementation, the customer
will continue to work with and deploy LT Auditor+
across the Enterprise and run regularly scheduled
audit reports per the Implementation Plan. Blue
Lance will conduct an on-site review and analysis
of the LT Auditor+ implementation. Blue Lance
will assist the customer in making necessary changes
and fine tune the processes and reports produced
by LT Auditor+ in order to best meet the needs
of the customer.
Remote Locations
Blue Lance will provide technical
assistance as needed (by telephone) to each location
for the installation and configuration of LT Auditor+.
Telephone Technical Support
In addition, Blue Lance will
provide Telephone Technical Support (800#) on
a priority basis to assist the customer in any
matter related to the operation and use of LT
Auditor+. Telephone Support is available Monday
- Friday, 8:30 am through 5:30 pm CST.
Quarterly Review and
Analysis
Should the customer desire
it, Blue Lance will be willing to conduct an on-going
quarterly review and analysis on a chargeable
basis.
