Automated Data Collection

LT Auditor+ Assessment for NetWare can be automated to collect audit data about eDirectory and the NetWare file
system. Users have the capability to define the type of data as well as scope or quantity of data collected. This process is referred to as a Scan. LT Auditor+ Assessment for NetWare allows for multiple scans and data to be collected from several eDirectory trees into a single database for reporting. Scans can be set for Users, Groups, Containers, Volumes and Files.

Automate and schedule daily, weekly or monthly jobs. Each job contains granular scans of your tree and customizable report queries, which can be easily administered. Easily review past jobs, change to different trees, delete jobs, run multiple scans and reports from one easy to use interface. Detailed technical knowledge of NetWare is not required to set up jobs that contain multiple scans with reports delivered to the administrator in a variety of formats.

Once a scan of the directory populates the database, multiple reports can be created.
This efficient design allows:

• different types of reports to be generated without re-scanning the directory, thereby saving time and resources
